Ive completed all ICA missions and have done all the quests i need to do on the final ICA mission why dont i have the lock pick?

Saw an older discussion thread but wondering if anyone still needs these achievements or can help me get them? Thanks in advance!

Hey, I decided I wanted to get all the achievements in this game before finally moving to WOA, but that's not going to be possible alone, sadly. I've literally never done anything multiplayer in a Hitman game, and I'm not even sure how many multiplayer achievements there are, but if anyone needs mutual help, or would just like to help me, let me know. (I might take a while to respond, and we'll probably have to coordinate a date, and we may need to reschedule, as my job hours are inconsistent)....

I own both which....i honestly dont know how cause i never bought a Hitman game a day in my life. Even with all the DLC's xD I remember when it first came out i thought it was the STUPIDEST thing to release each mission as payed for DLC. But now that i own both Hitman games with all the DLCs...i need to try these games xD...
