maybe try setting a limit of 2 posts per like 5 minutes? and then anyone who doesnt comply gets kicked from group, and repeat offenders get banned?

how? only trusted people will be given the right to send announcements. You can still play pugs. sM gave you guys a chance and let you use announcements but you abused it.
