It's still disappointing that the menus have become more complex due to the additions and new features, while the voice acting doesn't sync well with the ad-lib animations.

Metaphor: ReFantazio is the ATLUS game defining their career's pinnacle in today's modern gaming era. It has an engaging storyline, unforgettable characters, a fantastic soundtrack, and a unique and mysterious fantasy world that makes you want to explore it.

With the implementation of the unique Shin Megami Tensei and Persona gameplay systems, the addition of the exciting and addictive Archetype system, and a lot of quality-of-life (QoL) from their previous games, ATLUS proved that they can create mature stories without getting hung up on the school romance that has become their trademark.
