I do not know the sytuation, but it sounds like you've been contacted by an impersonator of DarkChrystalMethod who tried for you to contact an impersonator of Dave. That's a real common phishing scam. I hope it was not about your account having a"pending ban"? Steam doesn't have "pending" bans. They ban or they don't. Banhammers are crude like that you dig?
