OVR launches but then closes immediately

Whenever I launch OVR, it either crashes or just closes automatically, I've tried running with the EXE, I've tried reinstalling, and I've tried manually deleting it. Every time I try to run it with the EXE it just gives me a bunch of errors saying steam/logs is corrupt and unreadable and to run the utility chkdsk which also didn't work....

I'm still using the quest 2 and when I'm looking for Space Drag in the Bindings for VRCHAT but the Space Drag isn't showing could someone what need to do?

Space drag makes everything flicker and go insane.

Im using a quest 2, virtual desktop, no issues with internet speeds or pc. No idea why this happens its almost like a conflict. I try to move in my space and the second i do the VR is flickering like crazy and i cant do ♥♥♥♥. Anyone else could help?...
