I don't particularly find the concept of rerolling for the possibility of getting new levels exciting, or intuitive. It's extremely annoying. More often than not, I find myself Googling for certain elements only to find out I have to reset a world just to go through it all again in the hopes x or y might spawn. I don't view this as anything more than artificially prolonging the experience. I've heard the arguments in favor. They largely don't apply to me as I only intend on playing through this game once...

If I invited a friend in my game (from the very start) and we player for 2 hours and killed 3 bosses - do ech of us holds the save with 3 killed bosses (same progression)? If I invite another friend who didn`t play yet - will we playing "my" save - where 3 bosses are alredy dead? Or the game will go with "minimally progressed player" - this other friend and we will be able to show him those 3 first bosses?...
