Veteran refresh count issue

Hello, I found an issue related to veteran garanty when refreshing : The refresh count is kept between different clans as long as the game is open but it resets to 0 as soon as you close the game. Is that a known issue ? I don't feel like it's a normal behavior....

Good auto-battler to chill with with good talent tree and progression. Good builds are key (always a great thing to see) and make you use that big brainy thingy in your head a good amount. Looting is fun, outfitting your guys is fun, upgrading gear to fit your build is awesome and as always, loot is key, which is the crux of the game.

Win or lose, you get better.

Also when you start the game, remove the helmets and have yourself a nice LOL. Dwarf with pink beard and ponytails? Yes we got them.

Kill a dragon without shop upgrade. Any tips ?

https://pasteboard.co/JSj60YEXKsHZ.png I just finished the kill dragon without Runes, but this one seems harder. Any tips on what to focus on ? Obviously, non-standard weapons, but any comp in mind as I won't be able to get sets or anything with level 1 shop....

I still don't get new class equipment

New to the game, I'm trying to equip 2 pieces of my Beastmaster gear. I levelled a Veteran Thief up to level 20 and his "Blue" stat numbers in Dexterity is 57 but yet he cannot equip the Beastmaster gear (that requires growth 20 Dex). So, when I read the developer comment on this they said "level the class to 20 to match the required growth requirement (the blue text)". Is this the correct Blue text? or is it the "growth for next level number Dexterity number?" which seems impossible to reach 20...

NEUTRAL REVIEW

It's hard to give this a positive or negative review, but, I had enough fun and I like to support and praise indie game devs. To start, this is definitely my type of game, but some of the systems make it unfun to me. I liked this game enough that I would enjoy giving it a second chance later, or future games of the developers. Although I did not play for long, I would like to give some feedback on my experience. Here are some of my thoughts, in bullet points of pros/cons:

THE PROS:
- The shop system is cute. There are two, for your characters and items. They appear as "cards" that randomize per round, with colours highlighting the rolls of stat on characters, and the card itself is coloured differently per tier of tiem (white for normal, green for good, etc). It's a fun little roguelike feature.
- Phasing out old units does not feel punishing, which is important because of the stat gaining item gimmick
- Sort of a "puzzle" to figure out different classes, the formation benefits, which stance is most beneficial to your composition, etc.
- Lots of things to min max and chase for, such as stronger units, and stronger items, giving lots of exponential growth
- Skill tree which incentivizes long term gameplay (huge plus to me!)
- The animations are funny, one of the first things that I enjoyed in my first couple of minutes

THE CONS
- My biggest gripe: It's not a background game, but it's also not engaging enough to be a foreground game. This is an autobattle game that requires your full attention, because the rounds are so short. There are things do in between rounds, lots of min-maxing, but there is no autoloop or autofarm, it is all hands on. I'm not sure how to fix this issue, as it is sort of a core mechanic of the game.
- The quests. This is not a live service game, it's singleplayer. Do not make the quests real world time gated when it has no relevance. This simply being in the game is very frustrating. At first, I thought the timer was to refresh your rerolls, which would be ok. But there is no reason to gatekeep progression in a singleplayer game, in any way. Let me grind it out, allow me to have artificial goals to follow.
- The skill tree. As much as I said this was a huge plus to me, I just think this one is very inconsequential, and too hard to unlock. It's also out of the way, where everything else has a direct button to click. I often forgot about it, and didn't have much to upgrade anyways.
- This is more of a personal dislike, but the only thing that you keep between each save is your skill tree. I would like it if you were allowed to keep maybe X amount of items per game over, or even your storage, to promote stronger and stronger runs in the future. It's very fun to get powerful over time, but I can understand if this is a personal choice of the game dev.

Alternate composition/meta guide focusing on non-crusader formation to progress till or past 159 with somewhat lesser pain. Name of the game is SPEED CLEARING!

The game is alright, easy to spend hours on but;
A lot of the power gain is locked behind doing achivements and Dailys.
This shouldnt be a game with dailys, it ruins the power gain pace

Not a bad game if you can get over that
