I've finished the game on easy, normal, and hard, and there's still 6-ish locked teams on the select screen and two achievements for stages I haven't seen (Tobioka and.. the other one). I killed the Dragon Twins on my Hard run, the only other variable I can think of is I've never maxed out any stats on a character. Are the stages just DLC that don't exist yet??? Has anyone unlocked all the teams? Also I don't understand how to unlock the characters you see under Options > Characters. Do you have to win ...
