This patch introduces Transmutation, a new crafting system that lets you combine items to create more powerful versions. You can upgrade potions and serums through multiple tiers, combine rough gems into standard gems and then into refined gems, merge enchantment orbs into stronger versions, and even convert refined gems between different colors if you've got the wrong type for your build. The system launches with over 60 recipes and more are planned for future updates.

For group content, adventurers can now challenge Telamont's Demiplane, a new dungeon designed for geared and coordinated parties. The demiplane was created by Telamont, an archwizard and former leader of ancient Kandorys, who serves as the final boss.

Accessing the dungeon requires crafting a Demiplane Key, which is no small feat. You'll need to hunt down Tantorus the Crusher, a former Kandorys general who watches over the castle ruins, for an Inactive Demiplane Key. Then you'll need Magic Dust, which drops from the former archduke of Atmar, the rival faction that warred with Kandorys in ages past.

Combine these with Major Treasury Gold through Transmutation and you'll have your ticket into the demiplane.

Gems come in five colors (ruby, emerald, topaz, sapphire, amethyst) and three tiers: rough, standard, and refined. Combine five of any gem to create one of the next tier up. Upgrading to refined gems also requires a Treasury Coin. You can convert a refined gem to a different color by combining it with a standard gem of your desired type.

Orbs (for accessories, armor, or weapons) follow the same five-to-one crafting pattern through six tiers, from Minor up to Arcane. The highest tiers require Treasury Gold and Arcane Essence. Life and Mana potions work similarly, upgrading through five tiers. Serums are stronger versions of potions with their own crafting line, but you can also convert five Major Potions directly into a Major Serum.

• Fix a bug that was causing various game icons to get stuck in a bad state (inventory icons, equipment icons, etc)

• Zargan's Mortal Blow was reducing healing done by the paladin, not healing received

• Reduce how often Zargan will use Mortal Blow

• Fix bug where combining Dale Gem with Key when inventory was full would not give you a crafted key. It will be deposited into your minimap mail in such a case.

• Revise how guild member data is stored in db

• Lesser Wyrms now also drop keys to the barracks, but drop chance of the key is reduced since more mobs can drop it

• Fix bug that was allowing long guild names to be made in game resulting in them not being saved for being too long

• Tower Key now has 'Holy' rank (Pink) text - changes nothing about the item itself

• Slightly reduce the gold dropped by Tzchazzar/Zargan

• Drop chance of Dale gem increased from 5% to 15%. The dale mobs aren't meant to be grinded, they have almost as much HP as a lv25 elite but drop the same loot as a lv25 normal, farming Wyrms is better if you want to farm open world mobs. The increased drop rate on the gem should flush out people who need it.

• Lesser Heal now has a 1.0 sec cast time

• Klauth the PvP world boss will respawn more often to give people more to fight over (15 min respawn timer)

• Fix block reducing damage by more than it should have been

• Queuing arena as the same two classes will not be allowed

• Reginald in St. Revere can now perform Transmutation: Combine materials to create new items. For example, you can craft a Divine Orb from Major Orbs and reagents, upgrade Rough gems into Refined gems, or turn Major Potions into Major Serums. More recipes to come.

• Ranger's Hamstring lasts 10 sec base, and +1 sec for each level

It's been an incredible week. We launched to thousands of players, with streamers like Asmongold bringing eyes to the game. For a solo-developed indie MMO, seeing this kind of reception has been surreal. Thank you all for playing, reporting bugs, and being part of this.

A content update will add a new group dungeon and the first phase of a crafting system inspired by Diablo 2's Horadric Cube, letting you combine and transform items. This is just the start; more dungeons, more systems, and more endgame are in active development. This was scheduled for January 17th, however due to the scale of launch week, it's being pushed back several days. Balance changes are ongoing day-to-day and more assets will be replaced.

• 280+ new item icons: Every item icon in the game has been replaced with new assets

• Server stability improvements: Launch week server crashes and login issues have been resolved. The server now runs stable.
