I managed to solve my other issues by verifying the game files, but I'm still getting frequent CTDs after the update. Anybody else? I got physx turned off, I updated nvidia drivers, updated steam and opted into beta, updated proton, read how other people make it work on proton, and applied the 4GB patch, but at least once per story mission I still get CTD'd. :/...

The solution is to enable beta Steam Client Enable beta Steam Client (Steam > Settings > Interface > Client Beta Participation) it is fixed there already. All progress including collectibles and the DLCs works aswell. I would like to thank several russian discussions and user leqaxy for giving light to this information ...

...but my mouse pointer is flickering as hell when moving in steam. EDIT: a restart of steam after the regular update-restart fixed it XD Seems they put the stuff from the beta, into the new update since this was a workaround so far
