Alien vs Predator 3 = Fail?

i have seen enought...AvP is just being an Fail, thats very sad i know,but Sega,they had almost 6 Months to fix all those bugs on the game! and what the hell !? you can like:
1) Hit ppl whit Flyng Pred/Alien attack,be killed the attack still hits

2) in Single Player,same Bugs,the Echelon Boss (Predator) just Blows,thats NOT normal

3) in Online Games,you can backgrab someone thats facing you!

4) The Special Kill Animations just dont work sometimes, Simply Ragdolling the Enemy

Conclusion: in Afraid AvP was an Waste of Money,hope Sega do FIX these Bugs before the game is just taken out of the game Lists and just enter the list of Failed Games. if Sega dont Fix,someone has to.
