Incredibly grind-y and got boring rather fast. Wish the multiplayer actually allowed your friends to build bases in the same world with you.

Build a spaceship piece by piece and manage your crew in this 2D, top-down simulator game. Lots to do; mining, transporting freight, fighting pirates, attacking space stations, etc. You'll need to intelligently lay out your ship so; your crew isn't spending too much time walking between critical stations (especially in combat), fire doesn't spread too far, and your crew doesn't experience rapid depressurization. Quite entertaining trying out new ship designs and seeing your crew do their thing.

Wish the crew hiring wasn't so constrained and poorly scaled. The economic simulation could be a little more rich.

The environment is so beautiful it truly makes up for all of the other shortcomings in this game. Feels like HR Giger made a Myst game.

The story and gameplay are pretty crappy.

A space empire simulation that feels like a massive improvement on the endgame of Spore. Great for strategy and roleplaying. Can get a little repetitive.

Flexible game that lets you make your own story. Mods can completely change the experience for you. Feels like adult Sims with a lot more character autonomy.

The Good
- Great graphics and pretty good sound design (sound falloff is pretty bad though, tanks 2 meters and 200 meters away sound the same),
- Cinematic and intense firefights

The Bad
- Running simulator, since vehicle spawns are insanely slow. Filled with moments of running or driving for 10 minutes only to be blown up immediately.
- Cant join games with friends, weird for a game with an emphasis on teamplay.
- Tutorials aren’t very thorough, most people in random lobbies don’t really understand what the objective is or what map icons mean.
- Friendly fire happens all the time, you’ll be looking at the minimap constantly to establish lanes of fire.
- Toxic players, mic-spamming, team-killing
- No zooming, kind of useless scopes, some classes only get ironsights, no customization whatsoever.
- You’ll die constantly from god knows what direction. Spending 30 or so minutes running around only to die again. Not a rewarding experience.

Overall, doesn’t do what it tries to accomplish very well.
- Tries to be Battlefield but no friend squad mechanic, can’t join same team. No one plays the objective. No customization.
- Tries to be Arma but no scenario editors or AI. Way less flexibility. Limited vehicle options.
- Tries to be Project Reality but runs terribly.

Great fan service to the Cube movies, Squid Game, and The Platform. Truly some bewildering and creepy environments. Plus I can throw my boot! Best with friends, not so great solo.

Weird mouse acceleration issue in the menu. Strange mouse sensitivity issues in game.

Could be made a lot creepier and Kafkaesque. An alien soundtrack like the Cube movies would go far towards improving the environment. Shifting rooms. Having a door close on your friends, only to open it again and have a completely different room with your friends long gone would be amazing.

Excited to see how this develops!

Scratches the same itch as Star Trek: Bridge Crew. The scale is amazing. Awesome idea. Needs major improvement. A lot of money for an early access game with SUPER sensitive devs.

- Boats can outrun missiles and torpedos, can also turn on a dime, making torpedos effectively useless. Shouldn't have to exploit the AI to make torps work.
- Boats and ground units suddenly turn into submersibles and become invulnerable under the water
- Small boats are harder to kill than the carrier, but you win the game for some reason if you kill the carrier.
- Rocket pods on planes are OP and can destroy carriers in a single pass/salvo
- Enemy carrier also gets ground units on its islands, is at a massive advantage over the player, unrealistic progression. Enemy boats seemingly have unlimited ammo, but the player carrier doesn't
- A lot of waiting, needs a fast forward option
- Enemy airplanes run into their hangars and other airplanes and explode
- Can we get a zoom on the airplane gun sight?
- Unskippable cutscenes with commentary by guy trying way too hard to sound cool
- Tutorial that you cannot skip

Did this game HAVE to disable chat and a ton of other features because of the current political climate?

It’s a fun game but extremely grind-y. Never made it to high tier.

This game is not for me. Buy this on sale.

- No animations, people walk to their rooms and sit still. Towers wind up feeling dead
- No sounds of people or businesses that change depending on how busy you are. Just a looping background of car horns.
- Constantly waiting on one thing or another
- Would be better without "builders" and their weird pathfinding
- The "supporting services" idea is neat in concept but ends up being a pain. Trying to create a diverse building while juggling all these services with absolutely no supporting information means lots of babysitting and buildings with one type of office/apartment/retail. (No indicator as to how well a service is meeting needs, until people start getting mad)
- Poor time controls (2 modes, ultra slow and slightly less slow)
- Way too much menial micromanagement (You like laying 6 different types of pipe for every floor, right?)
- Elevators teleport people to floors, if you liked managing elevators in Yoot Tower, prepare to be disappointed
- Bad UI
- This game stifles creativity with narrow paths to pursue that have no replayability. (Do it a specific way or not at all!)
