Se llama síndrome del dedo travieso (cuando el dedo se te mete solo en el culo). Es super común en homosexuales jóvenes y no es peligroso. Pasa cuando ves a otro hombre que te resulta atractivo y te altera las hormonas, también puede ser signo de hiperapendicitis rectal. Se recomiendo ir al doctor, no ver pornografia gay y cada vez que te toques lavarse bien las manos y el culo para evitar esa conjuntivitis como la semana pasada.
Si mantienes dilatado el ano te dolerá menos cuando te metas el dedo.
